I was sitting in the kitchen peeling potatoes when one of my Aunt's walked into Grandmothers kitchen. Grandmother and Kathy were folding bread dough so it would rise properly (no they never kneaded it, but folded it). Aunt Lucy had a broken nose, black eyes and a broken arm. Grandmother asked what happened. She responded that son or a *&^% husband of mine came home drunk last night and beat me. I hate the Ba****d.

Grandmother looked at he and responded. " Anyone or anything you hate is not hurt by your hatred, so let go of it now, it only harms you. If you feel afraid of what he might do, go your separate ways but do not do so with a heart full of hate for anyone or anything. Hatred causes cancer, madness and early and painful death for the one holding it. It eats you alive starting with your stomach and your ability to relate to to anyone or anything from that day on."

Whenever you feel alone, not understood or just down on yourself remember, we are all part of the whole. We are all brothers and sisters. We are but one of many nations, groups and even planets working to make living better for our self and the next seven generations.

No matter what you think, no ownership of anything is permanent. You
could be forced into bankruptcy and loose everything, then who's
property is it? Adopt the habit of land and home you are the caretaker,
your children are not yours, but somebody you help grow and hope they
accomplish more then you did, but that is a choice they face. not you.
Remember they teach you as much as you teach them during the growing
period. Even your community, state, country, tribe or world is not
yours but something you live within and hopefully make better by your
being part of it.
